Kitting Part System

With the requirement of automate the processes with locations involved in a Kitting Warehouse, we developed a system where users would be able to package parts using Hand Helds and Barcode Scanners, in which:


- Source files come from SAP exported data.

- Able to save authorization information related to Transfer Orders.

- Uses Kanban methodology to control the kit flow in production lines.
