● Total communication between police stations and administrtive offices over VoIP.

● Enough bandwidth to run data, voice and video applications.

● Optic fiber in the main “backbone” between Public Security Headquarters and City Town Hall.

● VLAN implementation with Quality Of Service.

● CCTV for video surveillance and remote controlled cameras in conflict areas.
